Window & Gutter Cleaning Technician Job Description

We are looking to employ dependable and hard-working Window & Gutter Cleaning Technicians to clean the windows and glass surfaces of low-rise residential homes.  The window cleaning technician’s responsibilities include using ladders to clean inside and outside of windows, and gutters and downspouts of residential homes that are up to 3 stories high.

To be successful as a window cleaning technician, you should be able to work well as part of a team, and be respectful of our Customers and Co-Workers. You should also be knowledgeable of health and safety regulations, and have a good sense of balance and openness to climbing ladders.

Technician Responsibilities:

• Using ladders, when needed, to remove dirt and grime from windows and glass surfaces using a non-abrasive glass cleaning solution, water, and rubber squeegee blades.
• Clean gutters and downspouts, remove debris from customer homes
• Ensuring that all window cleaning and equipment are in good working order.
• Ensuring that the company vehicle is adequately stocked with tools and cleaning supplies as well as kept clean at all times.
• Appropriately cleaning up after each job to ensure that there is no residue or dirt left behind.
• Respect customer’s property/home. You may be required to enter homes, avoid talking loudly or using your phone while on a job; remove shoes when entering a home.
• Attend Meetings at the office as requested.

Massachusetts Driver’s License and Previous Experience are preferred but not required.
